How do I place an order?

Download the YumYaak app, create an account, browse restaurants, add items to your cart, and checkout. Your order will be delivered to your specified address.

How long does delivery take?

Average delivery time is 30-45 minutes, depending on your location, restaurant preparation time, and current demand.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your order in real-time through the app. You'll receive notifications at each stage: order confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery, and delivered.

What if my order is late?

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team through the app. We may offer compensation depending on the situation.
